OkaySync is provided for food businesses to operate their branded storefront, orders, subscriptions, and delivery. You agree to use the platform only for lawful business purposes.
2. Prohibited conduct
You must not: - Use OkaySync to sell illegal, counterfeit, or unsafe products. - Misrepresent your business, products, or prices. - Attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the platform. - Send unsolicited messages through our communication tools. - Violate any applicable law or regulation.
3. Content
You are responsible for all content you publish on your storefront, including menu items, images, and descriptions. You must have the rights to any content you upload.
4. Enforcement
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of this policy. We may also take action required by law.
