Refund & Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions

You may cancel your OkaySync subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No further charges will be made after cancellation.

Refunds

Fees paid are non-refundable except where required by law. If you cancel mid-cycle, you retain access until the end of the billing period.

Order-level refunds

Refunds for individual customer orders — such as cancelled or undelivered meals — are processed from your dashboard through Razorpay. OkaySync does not handle or hold order-level refund amounts.

Plan changes

When you upgrade your plan, the difference is prorated. When you downgrade, the change takes effect at the next billing cycle.
