Our commitment
OkaySync takes the security of your data seriously. We implement industry-standard measures to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the platform.
Data protection
- All data in transit is encrypted using TLS. - Sensitive data such as payment information is handled by our PCI-compliant payment processor (Razorpay). We never store card details. - Access to production data is restricted and logged.
Infrastructure
Our infrastructure is hosted on cloud providers with robust physical and network security controls. We apply security patches promptly.
Incident response
We maintain an incident response process. In the event of a security incident affecting your data, we will notify you without undue delay.
