1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using OkaySync, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.

2. Description of service

OkaySync provides a branded storefront, online ordering, payment processing integration, subscription management, delivery management, and operations dashboard for food businesses.

3. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use OkaySync for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the platform. See our Acceptable Use Policy for details.

5. Payments

Payments are processed through Razorpay and settle directly to your bank account. OkaySync is not a party to the payment transaction and does not hold or handle customer funds.

6. Fees

Fees for your plan are confirmed during onboarding. We may change our fees with reasonable notice. Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis.

7. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms.

8. Limitation of liability

OkaySync is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, OkaySync shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
